Minor Photo Release & Media Consent

I authorize Antonio Vargas Photography to photograph the Athlete and to use, reproduce, publish, and display the resulting images:

• In the photographer’s portfolio, on antoniovargas.io, and in online galleries.
• On the photographer’s social media and in marketing and printed samples of the photographer’s work.
• Shared with the Athlete’s club and team for team media purposes (club website, social accounts, programs, and recruiting materials).

Licensing of the Athlete’s image to unrelated third parties — for example a brand, sponsor, or publication not connected to the team — is not covered by this release and requires separate written permission.

Photography and publishing follow the Youth Sports Photo Policy at antoniovargas.io/photo-policy. In short:

• Public galleries are curated — images that could embarrass or expose a child are left out.
• Public captions do not pair the Athlete’s full name with their photo.
• Camera location data (EXIF/GPS) is stripped before images go online.
• Fuller event coverage is delivered privately to families and teams rather than posted publicly.

Antonio Vargas Photography keeps the copyright to the photographs. My family may use images of our own Athlete for personal, non-commercial purposes — sharing, printing, and personal social media — without further permission. We will not resell the images or edit them in ways that misrepresent the Athlete, a team, or the moment.

I grant this release voluntarily and without payment. I understand images may appear in materials that promote the photography business, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or the ways they are used within the scope of this release.

I may ask for any image of the Athlete to be removed from public galleries or social media at any time by emailing inquiry@antoniovargas.io — removals are handled within 7 days, no questions asked.

I may also revoke this release going forward by written notice. Revocation applies prospectively: it does not apply to uses that already occurred, and materials already printed or distributed may not be recallable, though reasonable efforts will be made to remove images from locations the photographer controls.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I am the Athlete’s parent, legal guardian, or an adult authorized by the parent or guardian to sign on their behalf, and that I have the authority to grant this release. This release is governed by Illinois law.
